Product type: Spectra Alkaline Gel Formula

Consistency: Ready-to-use alkaline gel formula

Suitable for: Automotive paint, plastics, rubber, wheels, engine bays, trailers, caravans, motorhomes, and other exterior surfaces contaminated with organic dirt

Not suitable for: Bare aluminium, unsealed porous surfaces, or sensitive materials without prior testing

Formula: Pre-mixed gel formula based on 5% Avaton Alkaline Degreaser. No dilution required

Dwell time: 3–15 minutes depending on contamination level; do not allow to dry

Application: Spray directly onto the surface, allow to dwell, then rinse thoroughly with water or a pressure washer

Finish: Deep-cleaned surface free from traffic film, insects, pollen, algae, and organic contamination

Compatibility: Safe for paint, clear coat, plastics, rubber, and most exterior vehicle surfaces when used as directed

DANGER. Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. Keep the container or label at hand if you need to seek medical attention. Keep out of reach of children. Do not breathe vapours/spray. Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection.

IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.

IF ON SKIN (or hair): Immediately remove all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower.

IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for at least 15 minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.

Immediately contact a POISON CENTER or doctor.

Dispose of contents at an approved waste facility in accordance with local/regional/national regulations.

How long should Spectra be left to work?

Yes, Spectra is developed to effectively break down insect residue, pollen and traffic film.
Can Spectra be used in direct sunlight?
We recommend applying Spectra to a cool surface and avoiding direct sunlight during the dwell time.
Do I still need a cold degreaser?
For heavy asphalt spots, tar or oil-based contamination, a cold degreaser is recommended as a complementary product.
