Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy describes how shipping, delivery, and related matters are handled at TPG – The Perfect Gloss.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (CET) are usually shipped the same business day.

During campaigns, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing and delivery times may be extended.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on destination and carrier and are calculated from the day the order is shipped, not the day it is placed.

If you experience delays, missing deliveries, or have not received a delivery notification, please contact us at support@tpgab.se.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

For deliveries to Norway, customs clearance is included in the shipping price in accordance with VOEC regulations.


Delivery to Norway (VOEC)

TPG AB is registered with VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce). This means:

  • Norwegian VAT (mva) is charged directly at checkout

  • No customs duties

  • No additional fees upon delivery

  • Customs clearance and import administration are included in the shipping cost

VOEC applies only to private customers in Norway and for orders within the VOEC value limits.


Deliveries Outside the EU

For deliveries outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, except for deliveries to Norway handled under VOEC as described above.


Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a fee of 300 SEK will be charged to cover return shipping, handling, and administrative costs.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to unclaimed packages.
The package must first be collected and then returned in accordance with our return policy.


Carrier Storage Time & Pickup Points

  • PostNord: Packages are held for 7 days. Extensions or pickup point changes can be managed via the PostNord app.

  • DB Schenker: Packages are held for 14 days.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, the carrier is responsible for notifications, storage times, and delivery procedures.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@tpgab.se and include your order number and photos if applicable.
